Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Gurugram. The Inside Sales Executive will identify potential leads, reach out to prospective clients, and engage with them to provide solutions that align with their needs. Responsibilities include conducting lead generation activities, managing the sales funnel, maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to help identify and nurture potential clients.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience in Sales with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the Ed Tech or technology industry is a favorable addition.
