About Wynn Al Marjan Island, a new luxurious beachside destination opening in Spring 2027 on the Arabian Gulf. We are seeking a skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team and oversee all aspects of employee learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate training sessions, workshops, e-learning programs, and performance management initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, feedback, and effectiveness of training programs using our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in creating high-quality content for various formats like presentations and online modules as needed.
