- Conduct refresher trainings focusing on safety and customer service skills, compliance updates and operational efficiency improvements.
- Deliver skill-based coaching in areas like wheelchair securement protocols and paratransit best practices.

Act as a field mentor/coach helping drivers develop emotional resilience and rider empathy.
