This role requires advanced technical skills to perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on cloud equipment. The ideal candidate is proactive problem-solver who can troubleshoot hardware and network issues using diagnostic tools.


The selected individual will be responsible for monitoring system performance using DCIM software. This includes responding promptly to alerts, ensuring minimal disruption to services.


Mandatory Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT-related field
  • Able to communicate effectively in English
  • At least 3+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Technician or related IT operations role
