We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in various care settings, including home care, assisted living, nursing homes, and community programs. Duties Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and observe patients for any changes in condition, reporting findings to healthcare professionals Administer medications following care plans and HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal consumption Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a caring environment Support with housekeeping tasks including cleaning and maintaining a safe, sanitary living space Operate medical equipment such as Hoyer lifts and monitor vital signs as required Assist with mobility using assistive devices like wheelchairs or Hoyer lifts, ensuring safety during transfers Follow prescribed care plans meticulously, documenting patient progress and observations accurately Support residents with specialized needs such as dementia, Alzheimer's, autism, or developmental disabilities through tailored approaches Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient care procedures including medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and dementia or memory care techniques Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are highly desirable Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and privacy Ability to work compassionately with seniors or individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing health changes Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with residents, families, and healthcare teams Experience working with people with autism or other special needs is a plus Ability to follow detailed care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided This role is ideal for caring individuals committed to providing respectful, attentive support that promotes independence and dignity.
