What You'll Do As part of our Care Staff team, you'll play a key role in daily resident care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility & personal care Provide medication reminders Support safe transfers and positioning Document services accurately and follow care plans Help maintain a safe, warm, and welcoming environment Foster positive communication with residents & teammates Support activities and daily programming You'll be part of creating a community atmosphere that feels like home.
