Join a dynamic team powering the Cargo Division's digital backbone. As part of the Integrated Cargo Management System (ICMS) Team, you will help manage, enhance, and support one of the division's most critical systems. This role offers hands-on exposure to system operations, user engagement, and IT coordination, contributing directly to process improvement and business efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

Product Operations and Support

  • Develop a strong understanding of cargo operations and the ICMS platform.
  • Support issue triaging, troubleshooting, and escalation to ensure business continuity.
  • Log and follow through on Requests for Change (RFCs) to enable system enhancements.
  • Assist in user training and documentation to strengthen ICMS adoption and operational efficiency.

User Engagement

  • Act as an ICMS advocate, promoting best practices and supporting change initiatives.
