Knowledge, skills and abilities

• Proven customerservice and interpersonal skills
• Advanced computerskills (MS Office)
• Proficient with spoken & written English

Education and experience

• Months to 2 years’ experience in airline cargo, logistics or freight forwarding industry
• Dangerous Goods Certification (desirable)
• Key Responsibilities:
• Cargo Reservation and Operation.
• Tele Sales and Customer Service.
• IGM Filing for Import Cargo.
• Coordinating with PAX team for smooth upliftment.
• Collection and segregation for Import Cargo.
• Station Pallet shortage follow up and flight planning.
• Shipment tracing and issue of Delivery order.
