- Proven customerservice and interpersonal skills
- Advanced computerskills (MS Office)
- Proficient with spoken & written English
Education and experience
- Months to 2 years’ experience in airline cargo, logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Dangerous Goods Certification (desirable)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Cargo Reservation and Operation.
- Tele Sales and Customer Service.
- IGM Filing for Import Cargo.
- Coordinating with PAX team for smooth upliftment.
- Collection and segregation for Import Cargo.
