Interstate Group, the industry leader in the manufacturing and sales of cargo trailers, is seeking a Production Associate in the Wire, Prep and Paint Department for its Nampa, Idaho production plant. We also operate over 80 store locations and have more than 450,000 satisfied customers.

Job Details:

  • Support our customers by contributing to the high quality construction process of Interstate trailers

  • Wire trailer frames

  • Use torches and hand tools to create passageways for internal wiring

  • Grind weld imperfections

  • Clean trailer surfaces to remove oil and debris for paint prep

  • Paint trailers with spraying tools in paint booth

  • Attach all trailer components (tail lights, connectors, battery box, etc.)

  • Consistently meet high quality and control standards

  • Learn and become proficient in other production roles in order to support our entire team as needed
