B. ROLE OVERVIEW

The ULD Controller is responsible for effective control, tracking, reconciliation, serviceability, and optimisation of Unit Load Devices (ULDs) to ensure operational continuity, cost control, regulatory compliance, and asset protection across the airline’s cargo and passenger network.

This role ensures that the right ULD is available at the right place and time, while minimizing loss, damage, and demurrage.

This role bridges operational control, maintenance standards, and digital cargo systems.
