Korean Air is seeking motivated and talented candidates to join our team at Madrid airport office.

1. Job Overview

○ Position : Cargo Traffic Agent

○ Location : Madrid Airport(MAD) Cargo Terminal

○ Employment type : One-year Contract (Provisional)

- Opportunity for conversion to a permanent position following internal performance evaluation

○ Working schedule : Shift work based on flight schedules (e.g., 9am-5pm or 2pm-10pm)

- Includes weekend shifts (Sunday) approximately 1-2 times per month

2. Duties and Responsibilities

○ Manage daily cargo traffic operations

○ Provide work instructions and monitor GHA operations (W/H, Ramp)

○ Handle and resolve operational Irregularities

○ Communicate and implement Korean Air’s HQ guidelines to local Service Agents

○ Manage ULD Control

○ Supervise cargo documentation (NOTOC, DGD, MAWB, etc.) <...
