Korean Air is seeking motivated and talented candidates to join our team at Madrid airport office.
Cargo Traffic Agent
○ Location : Madrid Airport(MAD) Cargo Terminal
○ One-year Contract (Provisional)
- Opportunity for conversion to a permanent position following internal performance evaluation
○ Shift work based on flight schedules (e.g., Includes weekend shifts (Sunday) approximately 1-2 times per month
Communicate and implement Korean Air's HQ guidelines to local Service Agents
○ Manage ULD Control
○ Oversee build up and loading/unloading processes
○ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (4-year university degree)
○ Excellent Communication Skills in both English and Spanish (Native or advance level, both verbal and written)
○ Full proficiency in Google workspace and MS Office
Proficiency in Korean (verbal and written)
