We are seeking a compassionate Personal Support Worker (PSW) to join our team at a reputable retirement home in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a part-time opportunity with flexible scheduling.


About the Role:


  • Assist residents with daily living activities and promote independence.
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and caring environment.


  • Hold current PSW certificate from recognized program
  • Prior experience in long-term care setting an asset
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and mobility assistance
