• Caring Transitions Associate Job Category: General Labor (Non-Exempt/Part-Time)   Job Description: The Team Member position is responsible for providing world-class customer service to clients while working closely with Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.


• This position operates directly under the direction of the Manager-On-Duty.
• The position has direct interactions with clients and members of the public-at-large.
