Job Description

Role Purpose:

A carpenter builds, installs, and repairs wooden items like doors, windows, cabinets, and furniture. The purpose of the job is to ensure all wooden work is safe, strong, and well‑finished to support construction projects and daily maintenance needs.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Responsible for layout, installation, repairing, finishing, and maintaining various structures, fixtures, and buildings. Repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required. Ability to assess the quality of woodwork and materials. Ability to operate tools, machines, and other equipment’s.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Maintenance experience of all carpentry work
  • 2 years of GCC Experience or 5 years of experience in FM Industry or maintenance
  • ITI Certified
