Overview
***This position is physically located in the Marshall Islands in support of LOGCAP***
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for the preventive and corrective maintenance and repair of Carpentry related facilities and equipment. Trade Leads conduct Field Surveys (FS) and Initial Assessments (IA) for assigned maintenance projects, which may include the calculation of Bill of Materials (BOM), development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), projecting Labor Hours, provide technical approaches, preliminary Field /Technical Drawings, Project Assumptions and Job Safety Analysis (JSA). Trade Leads will also verify actual hours worked to reduce manpower expenditure, and report all faults, deficiencies, as well as time and materials expended. The Trade Leads will ensure personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focus upon a quality product.
