Carpenter Multi Trade Required – North Devon


Experienced Carpenter Multi Trade required in North Devon to work on social housing planned works. 

This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £35-37,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday bank holidays.

Carpenter Multi TradeDay to Day:

  • All aspects of planned carpentry maintenance work in properties

  • Planned works not reactive

  • Driving a company van safely

  • Reporting to your supervisor

  • Completing work to the correct standard

    • Carpenter Multi Trade Requirements:

  • Carpentry Qualification

  • Good multi trade experience 

  • Previous experience working within social housing

  • Good attitude

  • Honest and reliable

  • Full UK driving license

  • DBS will be done for successful candidate
