Job Overview:

We are hiring experienced Carpenters to join a reputable organization in Dubai, UAE . This is a fantastic opportunity for professionals with 35 years of relevant experience in carpentry, particularly those who have worked in Gulf countries (GCC) . Ideal candidates should be technically sound, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute in a structured and growth-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform precise carpentry tasks, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wood and other materials.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and other carpentry equipment efficiently and safely.
• Conduct measurements and layout installations as per project requirements.
• Ensure quality control in all carpentry tasks while maintaining project timelines.
• Collaborate with construction teams, site engineers, and supervisors for seamless execution.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at the worksite.
• Report any site issues, safety concerns, or tool malfunctions promptly to the supervisor.

Job Terms and Benefits:

Working Hours:

• 10 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Over time as per the UAE Labour Law

Contract Duration:

• 2 Years (Renewable based on performance)

Probation Period:

• 6 Months

Age Requirement:

• 21 to 40 Years

Passport Validity:

• Minimum 8 months at time of application

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of practical carpentry experience (construction or interior projects).
• GCC Experience Preferred and will be prioritized.
• Strong understanding of carpentry tools, safety standards, and materials.
• Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements.
• Physically fit and medically certified for overseas employment.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to work in a multicultural team.
