Carpenter

We are seeking a finish carpenter to become a Kitchen Refresh franchisee focusing on a kitchen remodeling alternative to painting or full replacement of kitchen cabinets. The franchisee owner-operator would be responsible for a territory in the Peru area. 

Job Requirements: 

• Conduct prompt and professional communication with leads and clients 

• Perform in-home, design studio, and virtual consultations 

• Deliver estimate at time of consultation using Quickbooks 

• Able to convey kitchen remodel expertise, handle objections, and ask for order at time of consultation 

• Remit cutlist orders to home office for new doors, drawer fronts, panel ends, drawer boxes, and related items 

• Coordinate painting of only the cabinet boxes 

• Safely operate power tools including various saws, drills, nail gun, etc.
