Carrier Development Representative - Mexico

**About the role**:
As a Mexico Carrier Development Representative for TQLogistics Mexico, you’ll be responsible for establishing and developing new carrier relationships. You will also assist with evaluating and improving existing carrier relationships and utilization of our affiliate’s current network. This position is based in Monterrey, MX, but will require relocation to San Antonio, TX for a 6-month training period. After completing the training, you will return to Monterrey to help open our new office and continue your role.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Sourcing and qualifying new cross-border & intra-Mexico carriers
- Developing and analyzing KPIs to evaluate performance of existing carriers and communicating findings and recommendations for improvements to internal stakeholders
- Working with our affiliates’ operations teams to maintain and improve service levels and implement new carrier initiatives
