Carrier Logistics Planner

XTL Transport Inc. is looking for a Carrier Logistics Planner at our Balzac Terminal to become part of an excellent team. Responsibilities

• Candidate must have direct brokerage knowledge and a strong carrier network.
• Grow & develop our carrier base with partners that meet or exceed our criteria & compliance standards.
• Develop an in depth understanding of partner carrier networks in order maximize their effectiveness.
• Monitor, measure and provide feedback on carrier performance (in conjunction with other team members)
• Negotiate transactional and dedicated rates with partner carriers while ensuring corporate margin targets are achieved.
