About the Role
Our client is seeking a Carrier Relations Analyst to support performance analysis, carrier scorecarding, and customer‑facing operational improvements. This position is heavily focused on data analytics, performance measurement, and carrier management, with all operational data housed in OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
This individual will analyze carrier performance, identify trends, prepare actionable insights, and support QBRs while serving as an emerging SME in carrier operations.
