Job Description
This is a remote position - only people living in Colombia.
As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll build and manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and ensure smooth, on-time deliveries. You’ll work closely with our Sales team to secure competitive pricing and keep freight moving.
• Building and maintaining relationships with partner carriers
• Proactively looking for opportunities to match our available loads to partner carriers’ capacity schedules
• Negotiating rates with carriers to maximize profitability
• Monitoring trends and changes in the industry and educating your sales team about fluctuations that could impact service and/or rates
• Keeping the sales representative and account manager abreast of any issues related to loads you are responsible for
