We're Hiring: Carrier Sales Representative | Bilingual (B2+ English)
Location: Barranquilla, on-site
Schedule: Full-Time M-F CST, Potentially afterhours and weekends
English Level: B2+ required
As a Carrier Sales Representative, you'll be a key player in ensuring customer freight is expertly matched with reliable carriers, and delivered on time, every time.

What You'll Be Doing:
Build and manage your own book of business
Develop carrier relationships through cold calling, referrals, and lead generation
Source, negotiate, and book freight with cost efficiency in mind
Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
Communicate updates and carrier issues to internal sales teams
Accurately document capacity and movement using a TMS system
Collect and process proof of delivery documents
