The Mission: You will be the engine behind our FTL Cross-Border and US Domestic operations. Your goal is to bridge the gap between our high-volume Business Development team and the most reliable carriers in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
What you'll do (Responsibilities):
Carrier Sourcing: Use our advanced TMS and your own research skills to hunt and vet top-tier carriers.
Strategic Quoting: Support the BD team with competitive FTL, and Expedited quotes across the USCMA region.
Load Booking: Execute outbound calls to secure capacity and negotiate rates that drive profitability.
