  • 1. Customer Acquisition
  • Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned catchment/market area.
  • Acquire new-to-bank Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) per targets.
  • 2. Onboarding & Activation
  • Onboard new customers by completing documentation, KYC, and compliance as per bank SOPs.
  • Ensure customers are activated on digital banking channels (mobile banking, net banking, UPI).
  • 3. Achieving Targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets defined by the bank.
  • Track performance against goals and report progress to the Sales Manager.
  • 4. Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with acquired customers.
  • Follow up on customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and enhance retention.
