Job Description
- 1. Customer Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential customers in the assigned catchment/market area.
- Acquire new-to-bank Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) per targets.
- 2. Onboarding & Activation
- Onboard new customers by completing documentation, KYC, and compliance as per bank SOPs.
- Ensure customers are activated on digital banking channels (mobile banking, net banking, UPI).
- 3. Achieving Targets
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly acquisition targets defined by the bank.
- Track performance against goals and report progress to the Sales Manager.
- 4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with acquired customers.
- Follow up on customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and enhance retention.
