Job Purpose-

The primary focus of this role is to expand the bank's customer base by acquiring high-quality Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) through field-based sales. You will act as the face of IDFC FIRST Bank, identifying potential New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and providing them with superior, ethics-led banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and acquire new Current and Savings account customers within the assigned catchment area.

• Field Engagement: Conduct daily outdoor sales activities, including cold calling, catchment mapping, and meeting business owners/professionals.

• Digital Onboarding: Facilitate seamless customer onboarding through the bank's digital platforms (Paperless/Tab-based account opening)...
