Job Responsibilities


You will provide administrative and operational support to a professional standards team handling case-based work. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create and maintain case files upon receipt of new complaints
  • Update Excel databases to track case progress and timelines
  • Manage a high-volume shared mailbox (approximately 80 emails daily) and accurately sort emails to the relevant cases
  • Identify complaint stages and e-file correspondence accordingly
  • Support officers by tracking deadlines, organising documents, and preparing responses
  • Draft standard letters using approved templates for different stages of case handling
  • Liaise with vendors on office maintenance matters
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned
