Overview

Job Description The Case Management Operations Analyst will work closely with the Case Management Leadership Team to support analytics, production management and departmental projects. They will support the creation and delivery of standardized production reporting including comparisons to forecasted volumes and complete analysis to identify claim trends for internal and external use. Additionally, they will support programs to improve financial and claims decision quality, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for analysis in different areas of Case Management;
  • Conduct thorough analyses of claims trends and compare results to historical data where applicable;
  • Compile results from analyses and share with Case Management leadership;
