What You'll Do... This role independently conducts high volumes of complex and neutral workplace investigations into allegations of policy violations, including harassment and discrimination allegations. As an investigator, Case Management Partners are responsible for reaching appropriate conclusions in accordance with applicable employment-related legislation and evolving employment and human rights case law. The role requires effective communication of investigative findings, policy applications, and related recommendations to senior management and legal counsel, both in writing and verbally.
