This role independently conducts high volumes of complex and neutral workplace investigations into allegations of policy violations, including harassment and discrimination allegations. As an investigator, Case Management Partners reach conclusions in accordance with applicable legislation and case law. The role requires effective communication of findings, policy applications, and related recommendations to senior management and legal counsel in writing and verbally. The role handles highly sensitive and confidential information about associates and provides subject matter expertise to managers and HR business partners.
