Job Title: Case Management Support Specialist

Location: Charlotte, NC | 5x/week ONSITE |

Contract Length: 5+ months (potential to extend)

Rate: $22-26/hr (depending on years of experience)

Interview Process: 1 round 30-minute Teams interview – goal is to assess the candidate’s analytical skills (strong aptitude for analytics is essential) and their fit within the team. The focus will be on evaluating their ability to handle ambiguity and manage cases effectively. Candidates should be prepared to discuss previous cases, explaining not only the procedures they followed but also demonstrating their understanding of the underlying reasons and the broader context behind their actions.
