Exact Staff is currently seeking a skilled Case Manager for our client in Bakersfield, CA.

Must have a strong background in social servicesand behavioral management. Under the supervision of management staff, the Case Manager will provide supportive services to individuals and families, helping them access resources, develop coping strategies, and achieve greater stability. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the community while growing your career.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $20.51/HR

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management services to clients with social service and behavioral needs.
  • Conduct intake interviews and assessments to identify client needs, goals, and barriers.
