Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals facing serious mental illness, substance use challenges, and homelessness. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CARES/AWARDS, supportive housing, and City FHEPs is strongly preferred. We offer training for candidates with a psychology background or clinical experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct services to a caseload of approximately 15-25 clients, including conducting necessary assessments, benefits assistance, and other services to support clients in achieving housing and recovery goals.
- Conduct psychosocial evaluations.
- Connect clients to psychiatric services.
