Location: Fully Remote (US-based MST)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Hours: Monday–Friday, starting at 9:00 AM Mountain Time
Language: Fluent, professional English (spoken & written)

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable Case Manager to serve as the primary point of contact between families and in-home therapists. This role focuses on daily communication, schedule coordination, and ensuring services run smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate daily with families regarding schedules and updates
  • Coordinate and confirm in-home therapy schedules with therapists
  • Serve as a liaison between families and clinical staff
  • Track changes, cancellations, and follow-ups in a timely manner
  • Maintain clear, professional communication at all times
