We Are Hiring: Case Manager (Personal Injury Experience Required)

Monday–Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM EST

We're looking for a highly skilled Case Manager with outstanding English communication skills (both written and verbal) and minimal accent, as this role involves daily client-facing interactions. The ideal candidate is confident when communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, has experience in personal injury cases, and can effectively review AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy and quality. A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Case Management: Organize and maintain case files, track progress and deadlines using case management software.
