Case Manager

Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered in hiring for a Veteran Services Case Manager working for our client in Denver. The Veteran Services Case Manager is a full-time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. This position has onsite work requirements. A summary of the responsibilities includes: Responsibilities: Provides veterans case management services for housing assistance Conducts needs assessment Connects veterans to income resources and/or public benefits Assist with landlord recruitment or mediation Assists with other program support as needed Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Social Work or closely related field 1 years of working with homeless population Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position starts at $22.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
