Responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide case updates and answer questions.
  • Coordinate with attorneys to ensure clients receive appropriate medical care.
  • Open and manage insurance claims; respond to insurance company inquiries.
  • Request and organize medical records and bills in collaboration with the admin team.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation using case management software.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth case progression.

Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of stateside plaintiff personal injury pre-litigation experience.
  • Familiarity with personal injury processes and terminology.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with case management software (Filevine preferred; SmartAdvocate or similar acceptable).
