Job Description

We are specifically looking for someone with an excellent command of English and minimal accent, as this role will involve direct client-facing interactions. It is crucial that the candidate possesses above-average written communication skills and confidence in communicating with clients and insurance adjusters. Additionally, we require someone with exposure to personal injury cases and the ability to review AI output for accuracy and produce a quality product. A genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team environment is also a must.
