Aureus Wealth Advisers is a growing Australian financial planning firm. We are hiring a Case Manager based in the Philippines to support our advisers, paraplanners, and clients. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants real responsibility and genuine impact.

What You Will Do:

• Support financial advisers with client preparation, documentation, and follow‑up
• Communicate directly with Australian clients to answer queries and collect documents
• Assist with preparing Statements of Advice, annual reviews, and strategy papers
• Track advice implementation from start to finish
• Keep files compliant and systems updated
• Coordinate with product providers to resolve pending applications

We Will Measure Success By:

• Data accuracy of 90% or higher
• Implementation completed within agreed timeframes
• Positive feedback from advisers, Directors, and clients
• All compliance and regulatory deadlines met

Salary and Perks:

• PHP 70,000 to 75,000 per month
