Case Manager (Pre-Litigation)

About the Role You'll be the main contact for clients in the pre-litigation phase, guiding them through onboarding, treatment scheduling, and updates. You'll also support office administration and assist attorneys and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard clients: welcome calls, confirm documentation, transition from Intake.
  • Coordinate treatment: schedule appointments, communicate with providers, assist with logistics.
  • Client communication: monthly updates, respond to inquiries, report issues to legal team.
  • Track treatment progress in SmartAdvocate.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and medical records team.
  • Office support: mail handling, supplies, front desk, filing, event coordination.
