Job Description

Our client, a non-profit organization providing housing and services to homeless and formerly homeless populations, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the position of Case Manager for their Bronx location. The Case Manager will report directly to the site Director of LGBTQ Supportive Housing.

  • Salary: $60k – $65k

    • Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individual and group mental health counseling as well as developing service plans for residents.

  • Interviewing and assessing all housing applicants and completing all necessary documentation for NY/NYIII Housing referrals.

    • Required Qualifications:

  • MSW (Master Social Work)

  • Plus, a minimum of 3 years of postgraduate experience in the field is required.
