We are looking for candidates with an undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree in law who are interested in working at the intersection of fundamental rights, platform regulation, and digital innovation.

User Rights is Europe’s first out-of-court dispute resolution body specialising in content moderation disputes on social media platforms. We are certified under Article 21 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) and mandated to review cases in four languages: German, English, French, and Italian.
We review decisions made by social media platforms and provide users, individuals, and organisations with thorough legal assessments grounded in European and, where applicable, national law. Our work sits at the intersection of platform regulation, technology, and fundamental rights, with a particular focus on freedom of expression and related rights.
