Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of case studies: identification, authoring, production, publishing, communication, and refresh/retire, ensuring necessary approvals.
  • Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and quality standards throughout the process.
  • Communicate timely project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the creation of high‑quality, creative client stories in collaboration with Creative, Product, and Corporate Marketing teams.
  • Partner with Account Teams and CMOs across geographies to identify and recruit clients for case studies.
  • Track and coordinate planning for the case study pipeline.
  • Train and prepare copywriters to use case study templates based on information gathered from interviews and forms, and manage copywriters even if not direct reports.
