Job Description
We are seeking an experienced freelance CAD drafter to produce shop drawings for commercial casework and millwork for a project at the Yamhill County Government Building.
This is a government project and drawings must be suitable for GC and architect review and fabrication/installation.
Scope of Work:
- Prepare complete shop drawings for commercial casework and architectural millwork
- Drawings to include plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules as required
- Coordinate with architectural drawings and specifications
- Flag conflicts, missing dimensions, or unclear conditions
- Revise drawings based on contractor and architect markups
Requirements:
- Strong experience with commercial millwork shop drawings
- Familiarity with AWI / AWS (Architectural Woodwork Standards)
- Proficient in AutoCAD (SketchUp/Revit acceptable if exportable to CAD/PDF)
- Ability to produce clear, professional, permit- and fabrication-ready drawings
