Supports accounting functions (Accounting, A/R, A/P, Credit, Service Operations, or Payroll) with administrative, bookkeeping, and clerical duties. Responsible for processing and recording accounting transactions using software and systems.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives, processes, and records various accounting transactions in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or local equivalent as well as Panduit policies and procedures. Resolves transactional problems and concerns as they are identified. (50%)- Interprets data from accounting records and maintains accurate compilation, analysis, and reporting of accounting data, including review of credit limits.
