What You Will Be Doing
Assist in applying customer payments to the correct invoices in the system.
Research and resolve unapplied cash items by collaborating with internal teams and customers.
Support in identifying and correcting billing discrepancies.
Maintain accurate records of payment applications and adjustments.
Prepare and update reports related to unapplied cash and payment status.
Communicate with internal teams regarding payment issues and follow-ups.
