The Credit Management team in Apodaca is expanding and looking for talented Cash Applicators to join our dedicated Cash Application Team. In this role, you will ensure that incoming payments are applied timely and correctly, providing a solid foundation for others to perform their jobs effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Post Cash Receipts**: Manage cash receipts for bank transfers, cheques, and intercompany netting, using bank statements and customer remittances to match invoices.
- **Process Documentation**: Ensure all processes are documented, including any specific variances at the remittance or receipt level, and understand the background to these variances for optimal standard processes.
- **Query Management**: Monitor and clear all queries and requests in the Team mailbox regularly.
