**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Reconcile customer´s balances and provide constant update of account status
- Analysis and supervision of prompt payment credit notes montly
- Conciliation and aplication of credits notes
- Send balance statments to customers weekly in order to reconcile the account and reduce the overdue and Bad Debt
- Autorization of the issue of tickets to bank. Mnitoring and sending tickets for Brazilian customers
- Post payments of banks of companies Chile and Colombia and balance of accounts
- Application of payments
- Closing month process in income, expense and intercompany accounts
- Monitoring and create/ modifications of customers in SAP of Mexico and Brazil
- Sox controls according to Danfoss compliance
- Negotiation with sales ...
